椎体成形术并发症及防治进展

经皮椎体成形术(PVP)是目前治疗脊柱骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折、椎体溶骨性骨转移瘤、骨髓瘤以及侵袭性血管瘤的一种外科方法,PVP有操作简单、疗效较快等优点。近年来,随着术者对PVP操作技术的掌握和熟练,以及手术器械的不断改进,临床报道的并发症较以前有所下降。目前PVP在临床中的相对适应证有扩大的趋势,但仍不可忽视手术的多种并发症。现就PVP的并发症及防治措施予以综述。
