| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨丹参冻干针剂联合复方甘草酸苷（美能）对酒精性肝病的疗效及安全性。方法：选择92例酒精性肝病患者,随机分成两组,两组均严格戒酒,对照组46例,采用基础治疗（维生素B族、维生素C、营养支持对症治疗）;治疗组46例,在采用基础治疗的同时,给予丹参冻干针剂0.8 g,复方甘草酸苷注射液40 mg,两者均静脉滴注4周,治疗前后分别检测两组血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、门冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT）、总胆红素（TBIL）,并比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组血清ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL均明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：丹参冻干针剂联合复方甘草酸苷（美能）可明显改善酒精性肝病患者的肝功能,疗效显著、应用安全。
