| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨皮质区分水岭脑梗死短期预后及其影响因素。方法：采用回顾性研究方法,收集2008年6月～2010年6月在神经内科确诊的皮质区分水岭脑梗死病例作为研究对象,采用改良兰金量表（modified Rankin Scale,mRS）评分,应用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析方法分析功能预后的影响因素。结果：93例皮质区分水岭脑梗死病例中,预后良好者76例（81.7%）,预后不良者17例（18.3%）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,预后不良与下列因素有关,血管狭窄（OR=3.974;95%CI=2.609～6.052）;血压低（OR=6.954,95%CI=3.624～13.344）。结论：皮质区分水岭脑梗死短期内的不良预后与血管狭窄、血压低有关。
