摘    要:干细胞的体外培养要求在保持其未分化状态的同时,还要保持其旺盛的分裂增殖能力,所以在原代或初期培养时,干细胞的体外培养依赖饲养层细胞及其分泌的生长因子,饲养层细胞一方面可促进胚胎干细胞的附着,另一方面可分泌一些促干细胞增殖并抑制其分化的细胞因子,不同实验室在体外培养干细胞过程中所使用的饲养层细胞有所不同,故在此予以综述。

Abstract:The culture of stem cells in vitro requires the maintenance of stem cell undifferentiated state and potent proliferative capacity.Therefore,primary or initial culture of stem cells in vitro depends on feeder cells and growth factors secreted by stem cells.Feeder cells can promote the attachment of embryonic stem cells and simultaneously release some cytokines that enhance stem cell proliferation but suppress differentiation.The feeder cells used for the culture of stem cells in vitro vary greatly among labo...
