摘    要:目的:探讨尿路感染患者病原菌的耐药性及其分布情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2008年2月~2010年2月我院410例确诊为尿路感染患者的尿液标本,对其病原菌的耐药性及分布情况进行统计分析。结果:革兰阴性杆菌占54.63%,其中以大肠埃希菌为主,占39.76%;革兰阳性菌占35.85%;真菌占9.51%。药敏结果:大肠埃希菌对氨苄青霉素的耐药率最高为96.20%,而对亚胺培南敏感率最高为100.00%;革兰阳性菌对多数抗生素有不同程度耐药。结论:大肠埃希菌仍然是尿路感染的主要致病菌,但革兰阳性菌、真菌等有增多趋势。致病菌对临床多数抗菌药物耐药率较高,临床应根据药敏结果合理用药。
