| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿扎司琼不同使用方法对术后静脉自控镇痛所致恶心、呕吐的预防效果。方法选择择期妇科手术患者100例,随机分为2组,每组50例。A组:在手术结束前30 min静脉注入阿扎司琼10 mg,镇痛泵中再加入阿扎司琼10 mg;B组:在手术结束前不使用阿扎司琼,而在镇痛泵中加入阿扎司琼20 mg。术毕经上肢静脉接镇痛泵。观察术后48 h内镇痛效果及恶心、呕吐情况。结果两组术后48 h内镇痛VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组PONV评分及发生率均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论静脉预注后再持续静脉泵入阿扎司琼对术后静脉自控镇痛所致恶心呕吐的防治效果优于术后单纯静脉泵入阿扎司琼。 |
