Progress and Clinical Application of CT-guided Percutaneous Needle Biopsy in Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tumor

The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary tumor was very common problem in clinic.CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy was one of the main methods in the diagnosis of pulmonary tumor.This method decide the needling spot and the process of needling by CT scan,and draw out the cell tissue for pathological diagnosis.This method refer to peripheral and central type lung tumor which can′t or won′t diagnose by bronchofibroscope.For the high achievement ratio,accuracy rating,sensitivity and rare adverse effect,this method was generally used.As the improving of CT scanning technique,the use of stereotaxis technique and the development of pathology,CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy was expected to further extend.
