恒温扩增技术在分子诊断中的应用

摘    要:聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术是近年来广泛应用于科学研究和临床检验的一项技术。目前传统的PCR技术中核酸的扩增存在效率不高且需要专用的仪器设备等缺陷,而恒温扩增技术由于引物种类多样,检测方法多变,从而克服了传统PCR核酸扩增技术的缺点,使其越来越多地被应用于分子诊断中。经国内外学者的研究证实,恒温扩增技术有着广泛的应用前景,现着重对恒温扩增技术予以综述。
