| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重组人血管内皮抑素（恩度）联合化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效与药物毒性反应分析。方法：将30例晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,其中,治疗组15例,给予恩度联合化疗治疗;对照组15例,给予单纯化疗治疗。对两组患者治疗后进行临床疗效评价与药物不良反应对比分析。结果：治疗组中,缓解7例（46.7%）、稳定3例（20.0%）、疾病进展5例（33.3%）、临床收益率为66.7%;对照组中,缓解5例（33.3%）、稳定3例（20.0%）、疾病进展7例（46.7%）、临床收益率为53.3%。两组临床收益率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组药物不良反应较轻。结论：重组人血管内皮抑素与化疗联合是一种安全、有效的晚期消化道恶性肿瘤治疗方案,且重组人血管内皮抑素与多种化疗药物联合并不增加化疗的药物不良反应,值得临床应用与进一步研究。
