| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨晚期妊娠羊水过少对妊娠结局的不良影响。方法：对我院2008年1月~2010年6月120例羊水过少病例,设为观察组;随机选择同期132例羊水正常病例进行对比,设为对照组,并将两组临床资料进行分析。结果：观察组妊娠并发症、胎儿窘迫、羊水粪染、新生儿窒息、围生儿死亡的发生率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：羊水过少易发生不良妊娠结局,应严密监护,适时终止妊娠。
