氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂在根管治疗中的运用

目的比较氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂和氢氧化钙糊剂根管内消毒效果。方法将189例234颗需作根管治疗的患牙,在常规根管预备成形后,平均分为两组,氢氧化钙碘仿治疗组117颗患牙,将氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂导入根管内暂封1周;氢氧化钙对照组117颗患牙,将氢氧化钙糊剂导入根管内暂封1周。全部患者复查,观察根管封药期间不同时间内急性反应的发生情况。结果治疗组的有效率分别为88.89%、92.31%、97.92%;对照组的有效率分别为74.36%、78.78%、83.39%。两组有效率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根管内封氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂能发挥更好的根管消毒作用,减少根管封药后急性反应的发生。

Use of Calcium Hydroxide Iodoform Paste in Root Canal Therapy
