| 摘 要： | 动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)是一种先进的血糖监测技术,其在临床上的应用越发广泛而成熟。一些脆性糖尿病或胰岛素抵抗严重等患者的血糖调控随着CGMS的应用而变得简单化,危重疾病伴有糖尿病患者的血糖调控也因此获得了巨大的突破,而CGMS与胰岛素泵的联合应用给糖尿病患者带来了更为有效的血糖控制方案,并且给人们提供了"闭环式"的血糖调控蓝图。
