| 摘 要： | 临床护理带教是护理教育的重要阶段,是护理专业学生将理论知识与实践技能有机结合的必经途径,是培养护生实践操作能力的重要环节。护生的临床学习,是从学校走向工作岗位的过渡时期,也是理论知识与临床实践相结合,由知识向能力转化的过程。临床带教老师是工作态度、临床经验、带教能力都将对学生的实习以及今后的工作产生非常大的影响。
