| 摘 要： | 目的分析比对不同生化分析仪测定血清钾钠氯的结果,探讨其相关性。方法用配套校准液校准美国强生VITROS 350干式,国产DSI 905和AU-1000 Olympus生化分析仪,使用精密度试验和比对试验方法并对实验结果进行统计分析。结果校准后不同生化分析仪间测定结果具有可比性和相关性,差异没有统计学意义。结论同一实验室应重视不同生化分析仪的日常校准和比对工作,保证结果的准确性和一致性。
