后基因组时代转基因小鼠在生命科学中的研究进展

随着后基因组时代的到来,转基因动物已成为新兴的最有效的动物实验模型,转基因小鼠应用领域越来越广泛。利用转基因小鼠,从生物整体上研究基因组的功能学,又称为后基因组学。活体研究各基因及调控作用,克服了原来此领域研究的局限性和片面性。国内外基因工程小鼠的制备已经形成了技术平台,发展规模化、商业化。现就转基因小鼠的发展、应用及转基因小鼠国内外现状和发展趋势予以综述。
