| 摘 要： | 目的：研究经皮针刺胸膜活检在渗出性胸腔积液病因诊断中的价值及安全性。方法：对78例渗出性胸腔积液患者进行针刺胸膜活检。结果：78例共行胸膜活检90次,获取胸膜组织81例,穿刺成功率90%,特异性病理诊断47例,病理诊断阳性率为60.3%,出现并发症6例（7.7%）,其中胸膜反应4例,局限气胸2例,予对症处理后症状消失。结论：经皮针刺胸膜活检是一种安全、简单、有效的胸膜疾病诊断手段。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the safety and clinical significance of using pleural needle biopsy in diagnosis of pleural effusion.Methods: The pleural biopsy in 78 patients with exudative pleural effusion was performed by pleural biopsy needle.Results: Total 90 times of pleural biopsy were completed on 78 patients,81 pleural tissues were gained.The puncture succuess rate was 90%.With 47 cases of pathological specificity diagnosis and the positive rate of pathological diagnosis was 60.3%.There were 2 cases(2.6%) w... |
