| 摘 要： | 目的观察微血管减压术结合针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛的效果。方法选取2007年2月至2008年1月中日友好医院神经外科收治的128例原发性三叉神经痛患者,随机分为治疗组64例,对照组64例,对照组行针灸治疗,治疗组在针灸治疗基础上再行微血管减压术。所有病例均随访半年。结果治疗组治愈50例,显效6例,总有效率87.5%;对照组治愈15例,显效10例,总有效率39.1%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效显著,值得推广。
