摘    要:基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其抑制剂在急性肺损伤(ALI)和急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)中的比例平衡决定细胞外基质是否处于平衡,起着调节血管内皮通透性、吸引炎性细胞迁移、维持炎症持续等重要作用。但目前对于MMPs及其抑制物如何相互精细协调,它们在发病过程中是否牵涉其他作用目前还不是很清楚。对MMPs及其抑制剂与ALI/ARDS关系的进一步深入研究,可以为早期诊断和防治ALI/ARDS开辟新的途径。

Abstract:The ratio of matrix metalloproteinase(MMPs) and their inhibitors determines the balance of synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix(ECM) in acute lung injury(ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).They play an important and distinct part in ALI and ARDS.Present studies indicate that MMPs and their inhibitors play a very important role in microvascular permeability,inflammatory cell migration,and inflammatory response in the pathogenesis in ALI and ARDS.Therefore,further research on the ...
