| 摘 要： | 磁共振动态增强检查(DCE-MRI)及弥散加权成像技术(DWI)已逐渐被应用于乳腺癌的诊断,其诊断准确度、特异度均较高。Her-2、Ki-67是乳腺癌的预后因子,与部分乳腺癌组织学类型、淋巴结转移及预后有关。探索DCE-MRI、DWI与Her-2、Ki-67之间的相关性,可能对判断部分乳腺癌组织学类型,指导手术中淋巴结清扫等方面具有一定作用。部分学者认为两者间不具有相关性;部分研究证实ADC值与p53有一定负相关性;Ki-67与边缘环形强化呈正相关;Ki-67与流出型曲线正相关;内部坏死与Her-2阳性表达呈显著正相关。
