| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Snodgrass手术治疗小儿尿道下裂的效果。方法对2000~2010年我院应用Snodgrass尿道成形术治疗61例先天性尿道下裂患儿的临床资料进行回顾分析。其中阴茎体型56例,阴囊型5例。结果术后随访6~24个月,一期手术治愈55例(90.2%),余6例发生尿瘘,其中1例尿瘘重新留置导尿管后治愈,冠状沟处漏尿3例,吻合口漏尿2例,6~12个月后行尿瘘修补术治愈。结论 Snodgrass手术一期治疗小儿尿道下裂操作简单,效果好,并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Snodgrass for hypospadias in children.Methods A retrospective review of hypospadias and urinary fistula in 61 cases treated by using Snodgrass urethroplasty,from 2000 to 2010 was done,including 56 of penis type and 5 of scrotal type.Results Within 6 to 24 months follow-up,55 cases(90.2%)were cured and 6 were found urine leakage.One was cured by reinstalled catheter.3 cases with coronal leakage of urine,2 casese with anastomotic leakage.All the patients were cured with uri... |
