| 摘 要： | 目的：评价吡格列酮治疗糖调节受损的疗效。方法：将符合糖调节受损诊断标准的患者38例,经强化生活方式干预1个月后效果不明显的,给予吡格列酮15 mg/d,疗程28周。比较治疗前后体重指数（BMI）、空腹血糖（FPG）、OGTT2h血糖（2hPG）、空腹血浆胰岛素（FINS）水平等指标。结果：加用吡格列酮治疗后,患者空腹及餐后血糖均明显降低（P〈0.05）,空腹INS也明显降低（P〈0.01）,体重指数无明显变化。结论：吡格列酮治疗糖调节受损疗效可靠,安全性好。
