| 摘 要： | 目的：研究脑动脉闭塞时侧支循环建立的级别与脑梗死部位数量的关系。方法：回顾性分析35例住院的脑梗死患者,经头颅磁共振成像检查、脑血管造影检查发现有1支以上脑大动脉闭塞。利用SPSS 11.5软件对所得数据进行χ2检验,比较侧支循环建立的级别与病变部位数量的关系。结果：本研究45支血管闭塞（多支血管闭塞15例）中,前循环闭塞血管23支,后循环闭塞血管22支。本研究Willis动脉环开放17例,其中,单部位脑梗死13例,多部位脑梗死4例;Willis动脉环未开放28例,其中,单部位脑梗死11例,多部位脑梗死17例。结论：有效的侧支循环建立,尤其是Willis动脉环的完整性,对于改善血液供应、减少梗死数量及体积是有利的,表明Willis动脉环的开放可减少梗死数目。
