射血分数正常的心力衰竭患者的临床特点

目的探讨左心室射血分数(LVEF)正常的心力衰竭患者的临床特点及临床治疗情况。方法对我院2009年8月至2010年6月在心血管内科住院的心力衰竭患者中左心室射血分数(LVEF)≥50%和LVEF<50%的患者的临床资料进行对比分析。结果 176例心力衰竭患者中LVEF正常(≥50%)者80例(45.45%),与LVEF降低(<50%)组对比,LVEF正常心力衰竭组中左心室室壁厚度较大,应用钙离子拮抗剂者较多。两组间心功能、住院期间病死率、再住院率均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LVEF正常的心力衰竭很常见,病死率、再住院率与LVEF降低的心力衰竭患者相似,目前尚无行之有效的治疗措施。

Clinical Characteristics of Patients with Heart Failure and Preserved Ejection Fraction

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and management of patients with heart failure and preserved left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）.Methods Clinical data of inpatients with heart failure from August 2009 to June 2010 were retrospectively reviewed for LEVF ≥ 50% versus LVEF50%.Results Among 176 patients with heart failure,80（45.45%） patients had a normal LVEF（≥ 50%） and a thicker left ventricular wall compared to LVEF50% patients,requiring the medication with calcium channel blocker more frequently.The two groups were comparable in cardiac function,in-patient mortality,and re-hospitalization rate（all P 0.05）.Conclusion Heart failure with preserved LVEF is a common condition,with a comparable mortality and re-hospitalization rate to that with compromised LVEF,to which no effective regimen is currently available.
