| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阿托品联合血液灌流在有机磷中毒中的效果。方法：60例有机磷中毒患者随机均分为两组,每组各30例,A组采用阿托品联合血液灌流进行治疗,B组单纯采用阿托品进行治疗,后将两组患者的综合治疗效果进行比较。结果：A组的各项治疗效果评价项目均优于B组,P〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论：阿托品联合血液灌流在有机磷中毒中的效果较佳,值得临床推广应用。
