| 摘 要： | 目的观察糖尿病伴抑郁障碍的患者采用抗抑郁药物治疗的临床效果。方法将62例糖尿病伴抑郁障碍的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。全部患者均在治疗4、12周时采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)进行心理测试,并化验空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果治疗4周时,两组之间HAMD-17测试得分和FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c的化验结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12周时,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗抑郁药物治疗可有效改善患者的抑郁症状并控制血糖水平。
