经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的价值

目的：探讨经阴道超声检查诊断子宫内膜息肉的价值,以提高超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率。方法：回顾分析149例经阴道超声诊断为内膜息肉,宫腔镜手术后并经病理检查的资料。结果：经阴道超声诊断为子宫内膜息肉的149例患者经病理证实符合率为89.9%（134/149）,误诊率为10.1%（15/149）。声像图呈中等回声至高回声团。彩色多普勒超声显示血流信号90例（60.4%）;未显示血流信号59例（39.6%）,SPV：（10.0±3.7）cm/s;RI：（0.56±0.08）。结论：子宫内膜息肉声像图具有一定的特征性,经阴道超声检查诊断子宫内膜息肉是一种最为简单、方便的检查,由于超声探头直接接触靶器官,图像清晰,通过鉴别诊断从而提高诊断率,为临床提供更为可靠的资料。

The value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyps
