| 摘 要： | 目的：观察热毒宁治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年4月～2010年5月儿科收治的符合诊断标准的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿88例,随机将88例患者分为热毒宁组（观察组44例）和利巴韦林组（对照组44例）,观察组采用静脉滴注热毒宁0.5～0.8 ml/kg,1次/d,疗程5～7d;对照组应用静脉滴注利巴韦林10mg/kg,1次/d,疗程5～7d。治疗后观察2组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率、退热时间和疱疹消退时间均较对照组有显著性差异（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论：热毒宁治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效好、安全,值得临床推广。
