| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨依那普利联合苯磺酸氨氯地平在原发性高血压治疗中的疗效。方法：选取2008年1月～2010年10月的98例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（苯磺酸氨氯地平组）49例和观察组（依那普利联合苯磺酸氨氯地平组）49例,后将两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率及治疗前后的血压水平、心肌肥厚情况进行统计及比较。结果：经研究及比较发现,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,心肌肥厚改善效果优于对照组,均有显著性差异（均P〈0.05）,而两组不良反应发生率比较,无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：依那普利联合苯磺酸氨氯地平在原发性高血压的疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
