| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多排螺旋CT在诊断肋骨骨折中的临床应用价值。方法：对30例胸部外伤的患者行16层螺旋CT检查,并对照其X线平片结果。结果：30例患者中普通X线摄片诊断肋骨骨折22例,可疑骨折4例,正常4例;肋骨骨折45根,可疑4根,后经CT扫描诊断肋骨骨折28例62根,包括1例肋软骨骨折。X线明确诊断的有22例,肋骨骨折为45处,不能显示肋软骨骨折,骨折显示率为72.6%;而多排CT扫描后MIP及CPR及3D后处理后肋骨骨折显示率几乎可达100.0%,同时还发现创伤性湿肺1例,气胸1例,胸腔积血5例。结论：16层螺旋CT对肋骨骨折的检出率、诊断符合率明显高于X线平片,是胸部外伤中肋骨骨折疑难复杂重症病例的诊断和鉴别诊断的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(CT) in the diagnosis of rib fractures.Methods: Compared the results of X-ray photograph with which of the 16-slice spiral CT in 30 patients with thorax trauma.Results: 22 patients were diagnosed determinate rib fractures in the 30 patients,4 patients were diagnosed as suspicious rib fractures and 4 were normal.The total number of determinate rib fracture was 45,4 ribs were suspicious fracture.But 28 of them were diagnosed ... |
