| 摘 要： | 早产是围生期保健的一个重要问题,早产的合理治疗是降低围生儿病死率的重要措施之一。胎膜早破是诱发早产的最主要因素,而生殖道病原微生物上行性感染则是胎膜早破的主要原因之一。对临床中<35周的胎膜早破早产合并生殖道感染患者,进行合理的控制感染、延长孕周、促胎肺成熟治疗,能降低围生儿病死率,显著改善母婴结局。现就胎膜早破早产(<35周)合并生殖道感染患者的治疗进行相关综述。
