洛铂+氟尿嘧啶联合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床研究

目的观察新一代铂类化疗药洛铂+氟尿嘧啶同步放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的有效性和安全性。方法 2006年10月至2007年12月收治的40例经病理证实为鳞癌的中晚期食管癌患者入组。全部患者采用6MV-X线常规分割放射治疗,总剂量为60~66 Gy,2 Gy次/,每周5次。化疗在放疗的第1天开始,方案为洛铂30 mg/m2,静脉滴注d1,氟尿嘧啶500 mg/m2,静脉滴注d1~5;按WHO评价标准评定疗效和不良反应。结果 40例患者全部可评价疗效,获得完全缓解15例,部分缓解20例,稳定3例,进展2例,有效率为87.5%。主要不良反应表现为急性放射性食管炎、骨髓抑制、消化道反应,3/4度少见,未见明显肝肾毒性。结论洛铂+氟尿嘧啶化疗联合放疗是一种安全、有效的治疗中晚期食管癌的方法,值得临床进一步研究。

Clinical Study for Lobaplatin and Fluorouracil Combined with Radiotherapy in Treatment of Advance Esophageal Carcinoma
