| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64层螺旋CT减影血管成像(DSCTA)在诊断缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)中的价值。方法对210例ICVD患者行头颈部DSCTA检查,观察ICVD患者前后循环和多发动脉狭窄分布情况,及不同年龄ICVD患者血管狭窄程度。结果 210例ICVD患者中,158例(75.2%)ICVD患者颅内血管有不同程度的狭窄,单一动脉狭窄59例(37.3%)与多发动脉狭窄99例(62.7%)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄35～60岁,中重度狭窄者21例(52.5%),年龄>60岁,中重度狭窄者93例(78.8%),不同年龄ICVD患者血管狭窄程度的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 64层螺旋DSCTA检查能检测血管狭窄的部位和判定血管狭窄的程度,在临床诊断ICVD中具有一定的价值。
