| 摘 要： | 目的：观察控释地诺前列酮阴道栓剂用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的有效性及安全性。方法：将我院收治的78例足月妊娠孕妇分为观察组（40例）和对照组（38例）,观察组阴道内使用地诺前列酮,对照组静脉滴注小剂量缩宫素。结果：用药后观察组的宫颈评分明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的临产及分娩情况明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：控释地诺前列酮阴道栓剂用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
