鲍曼不动杆菌16SrRNA甲基化酶的研究进展

摘    要:氨基糖苷类抗菌药在治疗严重细菌感染,尤其是革兰阴性杆菌感染中发挥着重要的作用。鲍曼不动杆菌16SrRNA甲基化酶是近年来发现的一种新的耐药决定因子,介导对多种氨基糖苷类高水平耐药。目前在革兰阴性菌中已发现7种16SrRNA甲基化酶基因(armA、rmtA、rmtB、rmtC、rmtD、rmtE和npmA),鲍曼不动杆菌中仅发现armA。此类基因常位于质粒、Ⅰ类整合子或转座子上,引起耐药机制的传播。
