低酚酸银杏叶茶的制备

摘    要:目的:研究低酚酸银杏叶茶的制备工艺。方法:市售银杏叶经过净选、洗净、烘干、粉碎及超临界二氧化碳萃取等工序可制备出低酚酸的银杏茶。结果:制得的银杏茶既保持有效成分,又降低了银杏酚酸的含量。结论:本工艺简便易行,具有可行性。

Abstract:Objective: To study the preparation of teas of Ginkgo biloba in low ginkgolic acid.Methods: Low ginkgolic acid teas were made of leaves of Gingko biloba by selection,wash,dry,pulverization and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction.Results: The teas kept efficacious components and reduced the content of ginkgolic acid.Conclusion: The process is suitable for manufacturing scale.
