医用臭氧灌肠治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

目的：探讨应用医用臭氧灌肠治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床价值。方法：将42例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为实验组及对照组,两组在常规治疗基础上,实验组加用一定浓度医用臭氧灌肠治疗,疗程3个月。统计学分析实验组及对照组治疗前后肝功肝酶、HBV-DNA等各项指标的变化情况。结果：治疗前两组患者临床症状、肝酶、HBV-DNA等各项指标比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,对照组患者治疗后上述指标变化差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,实验组患者治疗后上述指标变化经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：医用臭氧灌肠治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效好、副作用小、费用低,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of medical ozone clysis therapy in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective： To explore the clinical value in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with medical ozone clysis therapy.Methods： 42 CHB patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The experiment group was received traditional therapy plus the certain density medical ozone clysis therapy,and control group only received traditional therapy over the course of three months.The two groups′ indexes of hepatic enzyme and HBV-DNA before and after treatment were analyzed by statistics.Results： There was no significant difference in clinical symptoms,hepatic enzyme,HBV-DNA between experiment group and control group before treatment（P0.05）.The control group had no significant difference in the indexes above（P0.05）,and the experiment group had obviously significant difference in these indexes before and after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion： Medical ozone clysis therapy has good effect,little side-effect and low cost in the treatment of the patients with chronic hepatitis B,it is worthy of clinical application.
