剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断与治疗

剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠是剖宫产术的一种远期并发症,主要是指妊娠囊种植在子宫瘢痕部位,其外周被子宫肌层和纤维组织包围,是一种罕见的异位妊娠。但是,由于近年来剖宫产率的不断提高,其发生率也有所增加。剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处的妊娠可引起阴道大出血及子宫破裂,可以导致孕产妇生育能力丧失甚至孕产妇死亡。故早期诊断与治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠是非常重要的,现就剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断与治疗予以综述。
