| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒（color Doppler）对脂肪肝（fatty liver）的临床诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析我院2006年2月～2010年3月对8 665例个人和团体进行健康体检,通过彩色多普勒确诊为脂肪肝的1 496例患者的临床资料,并进行分析。结果：本组进行健康体检的8 665例中,1 496例经彩色多普勒根据声像图表现诊断为脂肪肝,且与CT及病理结果比较,两者诊断正确率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：彩色多普勒对脂肪肝的诊断及鉴别诊断是很重要的影像学方法,具有较高的诊断价值。
