| 摘 要： | 胃癌是我国高发的恶性肿瘤之一,早期发现、诊断与治疗胃癌是改善其预后的重要措施。胃癌容易发生早期转移,转移途径主要是淋巴结转移、血行转移、直接蔓延以及种植转移。其中淋巴结转移是最重要的转移方式,发现相应的转移标志物对胃癌的手术治疗和预后都有重要意义。现就近年胃癌转移相关分子标志物的研究成果进行总结。

| Abstract: | Gastric carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in China.Early detection,diagnosis and treatment of gastric carcinoma is critical for the improvement of prognosis.Gastric carcinoma is subject to early metastasis,mainly through lymph node,bloodstream,direct spread,and transplantation.Lymph node metastasis is the primary route,whilst the identification of metastasis-associated biomarkers is helpful for the surgical treatment and prognosis evaluation of gastric carcinoma.This article reviews the r... |
