门静脉高压症患者的外科治疗分析

目的：探讨肝硬化门静脉高压症患者手术的适应证、最佳时间及进行手术的最有效方式。方法：对2007年1月~2010年7月我院收治的60例门静脉高压症病例进行回顾性分析。结果：择期手术46例,急诊手术14例,行联合断流术9例,行选择性贲门周围血管离断术10例,行断流术加分流术40例,同时行脾切除术40例。1例行肝癌手术切除的同时,施行脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术治疗。死亡2例。结论：对于非手术治疗失败的门静脉高压症患者,掌握适当的手术时机,选择合理的手术方式,可有效提高患者生存率,降低死亡率。

Analysis on surgical treatment of patients with portal hypertension
