| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨螺旋CT血管造影（MSCTA）在脑动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法：2008年1月～2009年12月我院收治怀疑为脑动脉瘤的患者30例,全部患者行螺旋CT血管造影检查,用最大密度投影（MIP）及容积重建（VR）法进行图像后处理,同期行数字减影血管造影（DSA）检查,将检查结果与DSA检查结果及手术结果对比,比较肿瘤检出的准确率。结果：30例患者中,术后证实脑动脉瘤33个,MSCTA检出动脉瘤31个,其中漏诊2个,与手术结果相符31个,诊断准确率为93.9%;DSA检出动脉瘤30个,其中漏诊2个,误诊1个,与手术结果相符30个,准确率为90.9%,两者比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：MSCTA可以清楚地显示动脉瘤及其周围的解剖结构,诊断准确率高,无创、快速,可作为脑动脉瘤检查的首选方法。
