人脐静脉内皮细胞的研究和应用

血管内皮细胞在人体多种生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用,一直以来都是研究的热点。其中使用最广泛的当属人脐静脉内皮细胞,然而就其各种亚系细胞有何特点和优劣,国内尚未见报道。现通过总结原代人脐静脉内皮细胞、延长寿命的脐静脉内皮细胞系、永生化的脐静脉内皮细胞系等在医学研究领域的应用和进展,对不同种类之间优势和局限性进行比较,从而更好地指导实际运用。
