| 摘 要： | 目的：通过运用循证护理采用最佳的预防方法,降低颅内动脉瘤再出血的发生率。方法：从确立循证问题,寻找证据、系统评价、科学实施、评估结果等5个方面对颅内动脉瘤再出血的预防实施循证护理,并把患者分为观察组和对照组进行对照试验,选取最佳证据应用于临床。结果：观察组再出血发生率为6.12%,对照组再出血发生率为24.49%,观察组颅内动脉瘤再出血发生率比对照组显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论：对颅内动脉瘤患者应用循证护理进行综合干预,是降低再出血发生率的有效方法。
