| 摘 要： | 目的通过自体听骨与人工听骨在听骨链重建术中远期疗效的对比观察,寻求听骨链重建术更好的材料。方法对接受人工听骨(PORP)植入进行陈旧性中耳炎听骨链重建的患者及接受自体听骨植入进听骨链重建的患者,随访半年以上、资料完整的病例进行回顾性总结,进行疗效对比分析。计算语言频率(分别为0.5、1、2 kHz)平均听力,比较PORP植入及自体听骨植入的疗效。结果两组植入物鼓膜修补术后纯音测听语言频率,听力提高情况间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1个月复查所有患者均愈合良好,术后3个月至3年PORP植入组发现6例听骨脱出,自体听骨植入组未发现听骨吸收及排出现象,仅1例鼓膜再穿孔(胆脂瘤型中耳炎)。结论自体听骨是听骨链重建中理想的材料,优于PORP。
