| 摘 要： | 目的：观察倍他乐克治疗高血压合并糖尿病的临床效果与安全性。方法：将64例高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用倍他乐克治疗,对照组采用卡托普利治疗。结果：经过治疗后,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗中两组不良反应均能耐受,未影响治疗进行,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：倍他乐克治疗高血压合并糖尿病临床效果好,血压下降快,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects and safety of Betaloc treating hypertension combined with diabetes.Methods: 64 patients with hypertension combined with diabetes were equally divided into two groups,the treatment group treated with Betaloc,the control group treated with Captopril.Results: After treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in both groups were well tolerated,there was no significant difference in the adverse react... |
