| 摘 要： | 胰腺癌早期症状不明显,临床确诊的患者多已处于中晚期,大多失去手术治疗机会。因此,非手术综合治疗中晚期胰腺癌是临床的基本原则。作为非手术综合治疗的重要组成部分综合性介入治疗,因为安全性和靶向性高、可重复性和近期疗效好,是近年来研究的热点,特别是介入导向的基因治疗将是以后发展的方向。现对近年来胰腺癌综合性介入治疗的研究进展进行综述。
