脑源性神经营养因子与脑损伤的研究现状

近年来众多研究表明作为神经营养素家族成员之一的脑源性神经营养因子在脑损伤的修复中具有重要的作用。现简要介绍脑源性神经营养因子的结构、分布、信号转导以及生物学作用与机制,阐述其对脑外伤、脑缺血、癫痫等各种病理情况下的表达及对脑损伤后神经干细胞增殖、迁移、分化的影响,以期促进对此的认识和进一步研究。
