| 摘 要： | 目的分析显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年1月期间在我院接受显微手术的46例脑胶质瘤患者的临床资料。结果 46例患者全部行显微镜下切除,17例行大部分或部分切除,术后常规行放疗及化疗。42例患者术前诊断与术后病理诊断符合,符合率91.3%。经手术治疗显效22例,占47.83%;有效率18例,39.13%;无效6例,占13.04%,治疗总有效率86.96%,无一例围术期死亡。结论显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤,损伤小,全切除率高,临床疗效好,可提高患者的生存时间,已经成为治疗脑胶质瘤的首选术式。
