| 摘 要： | 姜黄素是姜黄属中药中的有效成分,药理作用广泛,具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抗凝、抗炎等作用,而氧化损伤、自由基损伤、炎性反应等机制在冠心病的发生发展中起重要作用。因此姜黄素对冠心病的防治有独特药理作用,能够从调脂,稳定斑块,改善血管内皮功能,抑制血管平滑肌增殖,保护心肌,改善心功能等多个层面保护心血管组织。
