| 摘 要： | 目的：以神经内科疾病治疗及药物联合应用理论为指导,研究更昔洛韦分散片联合甲钴胺分散片治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效,为特发性面神经麻痹的药物治疗提供科学的实验依据。方法：将2009年1月～2010年8月来我院就诊,经检查确定为特发性面神经麻痹患者46例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各23例。实验组采用更昔洛韦分散片联合甲钴胺分散片进行治疗,对照组单独采用更昔洛韦分散片进行治疗,治疗后1、3、4周采用House-Brackmann分级法进行疗效评估,将所有实验结果进行统计学处理。结果：实验组总有效率为95.65%,对照组总有效率为82.61%,两组结果比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：更昔洛韦分散片联合甲钴胺分散片治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效确切,其治愈率高于单纯更昔洛韦分散片,证明联合用药在治疗特发性面神经麻痹方面有其独到的优点,适合临床推广使用。
